WHERE ARE YOUR ITEMS MADE?
All items are made and/or designed by either the Charming Chapters team in North Dakota or by other businesses throughout the United States.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently ship to locations in the United States on our website. However, on our Etsy site we are able to ship internationally to the following countries: Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Mexico, US Virgin Islands. (Sorry other international friends!)
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Current processing times are posted at the top of the website. Please keep in mind, that once an item is shipped through your chosen shipping, we are unable to control any delays or lost packages. We do know how exciting it is so we try to get orders out as soon as possible. If you have purchased a custom sleeve or a preorder product, please check the product's description for their processing time.
Due to holidays and unexpected shipping delays we are not able to guarantee the delivery times. USPS is no longer required to scan packages at the time they receive them during such times and this is leading to lost packages and delayed tracking updates. We are not responsible for this, but are happy to do what we can to help at charmingchapters@hotmail.com
WHAT DOES HANDMADE ENTAIL?
When an item says handmade, that means it is made with love and is going to be unique! No handmade items will be exactly alike. Any uneven lines or imperfections are stitches of love! All sizes are approximate and each item will vary in appearance due to fabric designs.
RETURN POLICY
We know that mistakes happen on both our end and the mail carriers. If you ever have any concerns about your order, please send us an email at charmingchapters@hotmail.com within 5 days of delivery. We are happy to work and try to make things right. However, sometimes things are out of our control. We will try our best to make things right as we are all human.
We do not accept returns, but please contact us if you have problems with your order
Please note that if items are lost or damaged during mailing, we are not responsible. However, please still let us know and we will try our best to fix it.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We do not accept cancelations; however, if there was a mistake when placing your please message us ASAP and we will do our best to work with you to find a solution.
THERE IS A DEFECT IN MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

SHIPPING QUESTIONS:
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
We charge shipping fees based on weight, destination of the package, and your chosen carrier. You can simply add the items and calculate the shipping fee in your shopping cart.
CUSTOMS & FEES FOR INTERNATIONAL PACKAGE
International orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. These funds are NOT paid to Charming Chapters nor are they set by Charming Chapters. Rather they are paid to and set by your home country's government as per import/export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier. Funds are due upon receipt in accordance with your local import and postal regulations. Charming Chapters does not accept these fees on your behalf, you are responsible for these fees upon receipt of order.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will get an email once your order ships with all tracking information.
What if my order has a preorder?
If you ordered multiple items and one of them is a preorder, all items will ship together once the preorder is ready for shipment.
WHAT TO DO IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST DURING DELIVERY?

*Once items are shipped via your chosen shipping method, we are no longer responsible for your order. However, we do try to help as best as we can*
We understand that sometimes things can get lost along the way.
If your package was marked as delivered by the mail carrier, but you have not received it, please make sure to double check that you have input the correct address in your initial order. If there is an error, your order is most likely on its way to us and we will ship it right back out to your correct address!
If your address and information are correct, please check with your local post office and let us know of the situation, so we can assist as best as we can. We ask that you open an investigation with your mail carrier so they can look for the package, as we are unable to. If they're unable to find the package, please let us know and we will work to help send you the items that you ordered based on what we still have in stock.
STOLEN ITEMS
If your package was stolen, please file a mail theft claim with USPS or UPS, as well as a complaint with your local police station. Additionally, please let us know so we can assist as best as we can.
FAILED DELIVERY
If your order is returned to us due to failed delivery, please email us at charmingchapters@hotmail.com so we can get the correct address for you and prepare to reship. Please note that we are not responsible for the second shipping fee if the order was returned due to an error on the customer’s part.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
As it is the buyer’s responsibility to provide the correct address when placing an order, it is also our responsibility to ship to the address provided to us. Please make sure to input the correct shipping address when placing your order.
If you notify us about the incorrect address before your order has been fulfilled, we will try our best to correct it for you. Please understand it is difficult to guarantee we will be able to modify your order so please email us ASAP after you notice the wrong address was provided.

I HAVE A COUPON. HOW DO I APPLY IT?
When it is time to check out, you can apply your coupon in the check out section or during the checkout process. Please keep in mind that coupons can not be used with any other coupons or promotions.
HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR THE REWARDS PROGRAM? HOW DOES IT WORK?
You can sign up for the Charming Chapters rewards program by clicking the pink box on the bottom right of the website. The program gives you several ways to earn “bookish bucks” to redeem on future Charming Chapters purchases.
- Earn points with every purchase. After you reach 1000 points, you will receive $10 off coupon and a $20 off coupon when you reach 2000 points.
- Share your referral link and for each referral, you both will receive a $5 off coupon.

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?
Yes! We have worked with many authors, publishing companies, and small businesses on wholesale orders.
Wholesale items that we offer include: fabric book sleeves, standard and acrylic bookmarks, vinyl stickers as well as sticker sheets, dust plug charms, printed book covers/dust jackets, drinkware, keychains, ornaments, various stationary, and so much more! We also offer various design services for all of these items if you are in need of custom products.
